To Establish uniformity throughout the Jurisdiction with the Assistance of the Grand Lecturers and the District Deputies; To strengthen our numbers by remaining in the forefront, and ever remembering to demand integrity and plain dealings amongst the Illustrious Companions; thereby ensuring the preservation of the Cryptic Degrees of Prince Hall Masonry for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
